Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be able to execute Thai and Chinese cuisine with excellent and refine culinary technical skill presented in a modern, creative and elegant European style.
∎ The Chef will be responsible for the delivery of consistent, high quality dishes and will play an important part in menu and Cooking.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ International chain Hotel work experience in Sous Chef
∎ Minimum three-year experience in Sous Chef in International standard hotel.
∎ Ability to work night any shifts

Salary: Negotiable
