The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of working in internationally recognized 5-star hotels, demonstrating exceptional culinary skills, menu development, and team leadership.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with the hotel’s standards.
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety regulations are strictly maintained.
- Lead and train the kitchen staff to deliver consistent quality and service.
- Innovate and update menus regularly in coordination with the executive chef.
- Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and cost control.
