• Good score in IELTS, Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Leadership, communication, and time-management skills are essential
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to relocate to the UK and work under UK hospitality standards

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of working in internationally recognized 5-star hotels, demonstrating exceptional culinary skills, menu development, and team leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with the hotel’s standards.
• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety regulations are strictly maintained.
• Lead and train the kitchen staff to deliver consistent quality and service.
• Innovate and update menus regularly in coordination with the executive chef.
• Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and cost control.
