∎ Under graduation/ Graduation in Science (Agriculture/ Botany/ Zoology, Soil Science. etc), Business Administration

Job Context:
∎ Ability to work in changing business context
∎ Working days: 5 days a week.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead development and execution of right channel structure to ensure maximum grower reach
∎ Design and implement right channel commission/ rebate structure to ensure proper ROI to channel partners.
∎ Develop and implement engagement programs to ensure channel loyalty/ retention.
∎ Develop SoP for channel operation/management
∎ Develop alternate and non-conventional route to market/ channel and ensure revenue from those
∎ Plan and implement automation process in the channel operation and management
∎ Design & deliver new initiatives for channel development
∎ Develop and execute channel loyalty/Channel life cycle management programs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Prior experience in relevant industries/FMCG and in similar role will be preferred.
∎ Critical Job Requirements:
∎ Understand market dynamics and competitive business environment and translate it into channel strategy in driving broader strategic ambition.
∎ Analytical ability, strategic thinking and executional excellence
∎ Financial Acumen in relevant business context
∎ Automation/ digitalization to increase efficiency in terms of channel operation and management
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Proactive in solving problem/issues with a Positive & can-do attitude.
