Job Context:
∎ A renowned business conglomerate in Bangladesh, serving as the sole distributor of a major international brand of lubricants is offering all kinds of lubricants, greases, coolants and functional fluids solutions to their customers nationwide.
∎ The company is expanding their business throughout the country and is looking for a capable, energetic and proactive individual to fill the position of Channel Development Manager for Sales Department.
∎ Develop business relationship with the current channel. Building new & Potential Business channel considering resources with a view to stand company objective.
∎ Department: B2C
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
∎ Maintain & develop Trade Relationship with channel partners.
∎ Finding new Channels to strengthen company foothold.
∎ Work for developing the image of the brand & institution through certain activities.
∎ Monitor Sales & Operational results based on KPIs.
∎ Train Sales Team on company offerings.
∎ Actively participating with the management to hit Monthly sales targets through channel strategy building.
∎ Demonstrating expertise in a variety of field's concepts, practices and procedures.
∎ Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
∎ Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
∎ Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
∎ Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business.
∎ Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
∎ Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-6 years' experience in the same field from any reputed national or international organizations.
∎ Excellent Communication Skills along with proficiency in MS word Application. Should be proficient in English & Bangla. Should have very positive mentality to work with higher management.
Salary: Negotiable
