∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Team plan to role out sector activities
∎ Conduct research/ survey
∎ Site selection for CFS centre and take approval from concern authority
∎ Ensure and develop the quality of the CFS center activities
∎ Arrange meeting with parents, CBCPC, community leaders(Imam, Majhi, influential person), adolescent leaders
∎ Provide supervision of the child protection activities and technical guidance to the respective staffs to achieve the vision
∎ Prepare different reports, budget and other documents and send those to respective authority in time
∎ Maintain liaison with different programme/ sector of HCMP, national & International NGOs and government bodies
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision
∎ Ability to work with people of various backgrounds, culture and religion
∎ Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills
∎ Have excellent knowledge and skill in Office applications
∎ Self-motivation, goal/result-orientation and team work
