• Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting

• Master's degree in Accounting or a related discipline with a strong academic record. ACA, FCA, ACMA, CFA, or similar qualifications will be given preference.

1. Financial Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management team for decision-making.
• Oversee long-term financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

2. Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Ensure the integrity of financial reporting and maintain robust internal controls.
• Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes.

3. Cost Management & Optimization

• Analyze and control operational costs, focusing on raw material procurement, production, and distribution expenses.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining product quality.

4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management

• Oversee cash flow planning and management to ensure liquidity and business continuity.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure funding and optimize interest costs.

5. Risk Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including market volatility and credit risks.
• Develop and monitor insurance coverage for company assets and operations.

6. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounts team.
• Promote a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the department.

7. Business Support & Collaboration

• Partner with production, procurement, and sales teams to optimize the company’s profitability.
• Support decision-making with detailed financial analyses on pricing, investments, and market trends.
