Job Responsibilities:
∎ •Perform all kinds of administrative works in context of management decision
∎ •Supervise and monitor of all UHC and community staffs
∎ •Implement proper activity to ensure reach the target footfall and revenue achievement by management
∎ •Ensure social and economic impact by supporting UHC activities
∎ •Coordinate, prepare and submit weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
∎ •Maintain proper financial transactions, inventory management, quality of product and service in UHC
∎ •Maintain and update the Center Management Software on daily basis
∎ •Communicating and ensuring regular attendance of medical officer, consultant and others
∎ •Ensure regular coordination and support to the accounts department; ensure smooth procurement process at field level
∎ •Prepare monthly requisition of medicine and health commodities for both UHC and CHA to send requisition to head office
∎ •Prepare CHA bags with medicine and health commodities
∎ •Support to Implementing all marketing plan and activities instructed by management
∎ •Keeping track of all kinds of financial transaction done in center and field level
∎ •Ensure client satisfaction and quality control at all level
∎ •Maintain regular communication with local community people through forums and ensure their participation in UHC activities
∎ •Perform any other responsibility assigned by the authority
∎ •Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ •Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ •Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ ? Have sound knowledge on operation management process
∎ ? Good idea on enterprise modality
∎ ? Well understanding of Center QC method
∎ ? Proper knowledge on Health Care sector
∎ ? Skilled in reporting and documentation
∎ ? Excellent skill on MS office and excel
∎ ? Strong management capacity
∎ ? Good Communication skill and problem solving ability
