  • 3 years of work experience in a related field, including one year of experience in emergency response managing youth activity-based centers.

  • Demonstrable experience and skills in managing centers and organizing training sessions, workshops, meetings, and seminars.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, along with strong coordination, time management, and documentation abilities.

  • Proficient in computer operations and the MS Office package.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to apply technical and professional expertise.

  • Works effectively with others.

The Opportunity

Center in Charge is responsible for managing the training center, ensuring smooth logistics operations, and fostering coordination among supply chains, trainers, and participants. This role also involves maintaining the safety and security of the center, including its equipment and machinery, while optimizing the use of available resources. The Center in Charge will play a key role in introducing the project to communities through consultation meetings and interactive engagement sessions designed to mobilize and encourage active community involvement in project activities. Additionally, they will facilitate collaboration with government and local stakeholders by organizing meetings to assess community-specific needs and implementing tailored interventions that support long-term development.
