Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting Zonal Manager in facilitating the center in day to day operations;
∎ Organizing a filing system for important and confidential company documents. Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems;
∎ Responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders;
∎ Communicating with the senior teachers to ensure workflow efficiency while ensuring all teaching materials are ready before the classes;
∎ Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information;
∎ Documenting students feedback and assisting the working team in planning for the classes with good organization, time management and scheduling skills;
∎ Basic bookkeeping, especially in accounts payable/receivable. Communicating with Accounts personnel based in Head office;
∎ Updating office policies as needed;
∎ Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Passionate about teaching and learning and working for a leading globally backed EdTech;
∎ Have advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office;
∎ Able to work under pressure to meet demanding timelines and commercial targets but not compromising on the quality of work;
∎ Should be a proactive team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills;
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 14000 - 16000 (Monthly)
∎ Yearly inflation adjustment
