∎ Good communication skill in both verbal and written with good presentation skills.
∎ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
∎ Good Analytical and Organizing Skills.
∎ Good Planning and decision Making Skill.
∎ He must be able to manage People.
∎ He must possess ownership and dedication towards the responsibilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. This position will supervise a team and manage overall customer care center activities of a respective region.
∎ 2. Center in Charge is overall responsible to ensure customer satisfaction by providing reliable, prompt, and friendly service.
∎ 3. Coordinate with all center functions (Executive, Technical Engineer, Accounts, Inventory and Logistics etc.) and to report to regions and head office.
∎ 4. Must be KPI driven.
∎ 5. Sales & revenue target oriented.
∎ 6. Should have knowledge in After Sales Service Operation (Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Scanner and Security Product).
∎ 7. Excellent relationship management with dealer and local sales team.
∎ 8. A passionate sales person to sell IT product and accessories items.
∎ 9. Motivate the customer with positive review to convert the interest into sales.
∎ 10. Target oriented and punctuality are a must requirement in workplace.
∎ 11. Expert in reporting through MS Excel, Power point etc.
∎ 12. Should be fluent in understanding and executing ERP system.
∎ 13. Achieve sales target set by the management and prepare periodic report accordingly.
∎ 14. Coordinate with service department to provide smooth and quality services.
∎ 15. Research and recommend new opportunities, service improvements with proper forecasting.
∎ 16. Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
