Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange proper receiving of imported goods and Check and confirm all goods are received according to the packing list and documentation.
∎ Distributes products to the outlet/E-commerce channel according to the distribution plan.
∎ Conduct monthly inventory of the good at the last week of the month and report to the authority at the beginning of every month.
∎ Responsible for goods sending to outlet/E-commerce channel and product return to the warehouse
∎ Keep record and report for the defective products and customer claim or shop return to the proper authority.
∎ Work with warehouse and transportation staffs to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
∎ Assist in inventory management activities including receiving, storing, rotating and handling supplies in distribution center.
∎ Any other specific tasks / jobs assigned by the management.
∎ To ensure FIFO policy properly in warehouse while delivery.
∎ To carryout inter-transfer of goods among outlet where needed with approval from the department.
∎ Any other specific tasks / jobs assigned by the department manager any time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 7 years experience as Warehouse In-charge in Retail Brands
∎ Excel and other Microsoft Office Packages
