∎ Minimum graduate from reputed Universities with having CDBL’s Trainings.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for BO Account Opening related all activities
∎ Knowledge on Pay-in & Pay-out process, Transfer & Transmission, Pledge & Un-pledge,
∎ Record Keeping (both Hard & Soft copy) of DP documents as per Regulatory requirement; Custodian of DP related records and documents;
∎ Responsibilities for all kinds of DP functions; Verification of client signature in each and every Pay in Transfer Forms;
∎ Collection, accumulation and update of BO Account information including uploading recent Photographs & Signatures;
∎ Verification of Signatures & Stocks on Closing of A/C & before any type of Payment, shares Transfer & Transmission;
∎ Preparing the bill, collection and follow up the receivables on behalf of Gibbson Securities Ltd;
∎ Provide Logistic Support;
∎ Business Development and effective marketing;
∎ Report to the Superiors.

∎ Should be an Authorized Representative.
∎ Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in brokerage house is required.
