• Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.

• Familiarity with CCTV operations, video analysis, reporting & presentation.

• Proficient Microsoft Office.

• Strong attention to details oriented, effective communication and ability to remain focused during long monitoring periods.

• Monitor and operate CCTV cameras to maintain uninterrupted surveillance and detect any unusual activities.

• Conduct physical monitoring of critical areas when necessary to complement CCTV operations.

• Analyze video footage in case of incidents, extract key details, and provide insights to support investigations.

• Record all incidents systematically in designated registers and authorized forms for proper documentation.

• Notify the relevant authorities immediately about suspicious activities or security breaches.

• Maintain an updated daily log of monitoring activities, including the operational status of cameras and servers, using MS excel.

• Prepare detailed monthly incident reports and share them with authority.

• Coordinate with the technical team to address any malfunctions in CCTV equipment promptly.

• Assist in the development and implementation of improved surveillance protocols to enhance security measures.

• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by superior management as part of operational requirements.

• Contribute to improving operational efficiency and enhancing security measures.
