∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Job Context:
∎ Conduct courses (IT Service management, Cyber security, IT Networking, CCNA, MikroTik, Azure, Microsoft 365, CompTIA A+, Linux).
∎ Project Staff.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop and taking online/offline courses and provide intensive supervision and guidance for effective design development and achievement of expected outcomes.
∎ Guide Students to their Career path.
∎ Responsible to carry out the training program and demonstrate the practical sessions of the course. Classes to be conducted 2 days a week and the contact hour will be four hours a day.
∎ Competent enough in the contents of the course, training delivery, motivating trainees and ensuring effective training-learning process.
∎ Prepare lesson plan according to the course contents in a standard form and maintain the quality of the training courses.
∎ Understanding of the occupational profiles based on the current trends of the industry.
∎ Ability to understand occupation-related learning techniques, the work process, and the nature of the working environment of the respective fields.
∎ Observe and evaluate trainees' knowledge, performance, and behavior as industries need.
∎ Maintain good professional working relationships with colleagues and administrations.
∎ Providing special care for trainees with learning difficulties, disabilities and other limitations.
∎ Knowledge about OHS and familiarity with LMS.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the UCEP authority as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ IT Networking (CompTIA Certified).
∎ CCNA (CCNA 200-125 Certified).
∎ MikroTik and OLT (MTCNA Certified).

∎ Minimum 06 years of relevant Training experience, preferably IT Professional Trainer.
∎ Excellent command of communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent computer operating skills & conversant with MS Office package.
∎ Self-motivated, adaptable, team player and passion for social development work.
∎ Ability and willingness to travel.
∎ Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications.
