∎ Source high-quality ingredients at the best prices while maintaining budget control.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
∎ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers.
∎ Ensure timely procurement to meet restaurant and catering demands.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and minimize wastage.
∎ Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and new suppliers.
∎ Ensure all purchased items meet food safety and quality standards.
∎ Location: Swade Bangladesh Restaurant & Catering, Banani , Dhaka
