∎ Minimum 2 years of experience as a storekeeper in a restaurant or catering business.
∎ Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control.
∎ Knowledge of food safety and proper storage techniques.
∎ Basic computer skills for record-keeping and inventory tracking.
∎ Ability to handle heavy lifting and work in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and manage inventory of all catering supplies, raw materials, and equipment.
∎ Receive, inspect, and store food ingredients and kitchen essentials properly.
∎ Keep track of stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
∎ Issue ingredients and supplies to kitchen staff as per requirements.
∎ Monitor expiry dates and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) method is followed.
∎ Coordinate with the purchase department to replenish stock when necessary.
∎ Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the storage area.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.
