Responsibilities & Context:
Best Buy (multi-category retail chain) and Vision Emporium (electronics & appliances retail chain), concerns of RFL Group, are looking for dynamic and experienced category specialists to lead our fast-growing categories: Electronics, Grocery, Gadgets & Pharmacy.
This role focuses on category growth, vendor management, pricing strategy, assortment planning, and ensuring optimum stock & visibility across showrooms and e-commerce channels nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement category strategies for electronics/ grocery/ gadgets/ pharmacy.
Conduct sales trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer demand research.
Manage vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and long-term supplier relationships.
Plan product assortment, pricing strategy, and promotional activities to achieve sales & margin targets.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and retail operations teams to execute category plans.
Monitor inventory levels, reduce stock-out/wastage, and ensure smooth supply chain.
Prepare category-wise business performance reports with actionable insights.
