Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive category plan that aligns with the overall business strategy.
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer demand, and opportunities for growth.
∎ Analyze sales and inventory data to forecast demand and optimize pricing strategies.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.
∎ Manage supplier relationships to ensure product quality, delivery, and pricing are consistent with the company's expectations.
∎ Develop and execute promotional plans and campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for business growth.
∎ Continuously monitor and report on industry trends and customer feedback to ensure the company remains competitive and customer-centric.
∎ Create and manage category budgets to optimize profitability and drive growth.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
∎ Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating pricing.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
