∎ `Cash Officer` will be responsible for maintaining accounts & cash operations at Yamaha 3S Center, Tejgaon.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive cash/card payments from customers, hand over money receipts, and post transactions in cash register & SDMS.
∎ Preserve cash safely at the showroom and hand over to security services for bank deposit.
∎ Keep track of showroom expenses and payments.
∎ Process & keep records of all documents in an organized manner.
∎ Generate reports from SDMS and perform weekly/monthly reconciliation.
∎ Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports to finance department.
∎ Provide clerical assistance to the showroom in charge.
∎ Ensure a positive customer experience with friendly and courteous service
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Relevant experience in cash/accounts management in a showroom.
∎ Computer literacy.
∎ Good communication and social skills.
