Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop cash distribution plan
∎ Assist in money collection from bank and cooperate with finance people in cash carrying and distribution
∎ Ensure necessary muster roll and summary sheet
∎ Confirm distribution date and times to the respective staffs
∎ Participate in baseline assessment for finalizing beneficiaries list and collect all necessary information for QR code card
∎ Prepare QR code cards and distributed the cards to the respective selected beneficiaries
∎ Arrange renovate the distribution spots in the respective camps
∎ Collect camp wise primary data and ensure service entry against planned data
∎ Update and monitor online based information system / tracker in google sheet/online data base
∎ Identify the deviations with particular FCN number and name to the respective Technical Assistant and Sector Specialist.
∎ Ensure FCN verification through using Kobo tool box
∎ Participate in progress monitoring of project outputs/outcomes with M&E team
∎ Prepare project progress as required by the project and timely submit to the supervisor
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skill on developing work plan and implementation is required.
∎ Require on-air data collection skills using Kobo tool box/ODK
∎ Knowledge on monitoring and evaluation
∎ Commitment and understanding of BRAC core values and principle
∎ Commitment to maintain the core standard/principals of Humanitarian Crisis Response
∎ Demonstrate competency to work independently with minimum supervision
∎ Ability to manage and motivate peoples in adverse the situations
∎ Willingness to live and work in difficult and rapidly changing conditions.
∎ Ability and willingness to travel and stay in the field
∎ Sound knowledge on Micro soft office
