Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in any discipline from any recognized university especially in Law, Gender, Psychology, Anthropology, International Relationship, Economics, Development studies, Good Governance will get preferences.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Contract Duration: 9 Months (May, 2022 to January, 2023)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform Case Management of victims of trafficking (VoT) through identification and provision of appropriate supports to the enrolled VoTs for their sustainable reintegration.
∎ Ensure case of each identified victim of trafficking is reported and able to access to the necessary services (medical, legal, reintegration etc.) via the referral pathway.
∎ Provide psycho-social counseling to Victims of Trafficking (VoT).
∎ Conduct Case Conference for identifying appropriate services for the beneficiaries.
∎ Case Review and documentation.
∎ Identify any issues with the referral pathway and work with relevant project staff and local authorities to address them.
∎ Work in close collaboration with the Case Workers and associate project team members to strengthen the relationship with the host and Rohingya communities.
∎ Organize weekly case management meeting with all case workers and provide necessary support.
∎ Ensure constant and transparent communication and collaboration with relevant stakeholders, including community members, community leaders, families, and govt. officials.
∎ Submit periodical case management reports and ensure that information is kept up to date.
∎ Coordinate with other agencies offering case management services to victims of trafficking on referral and transfer of cases.
∎ Create safe environment and provide psychosocial support to the victims especially the children and women.
∎ Establish a mechanism for incident prevention along with awareness building of the community people.
∎ Maintain effective partnership with camp administration and humanitarian actors in regard to ensuring needs-based supports for the trafficked victims.
∎ Organize and facilitate different events on counter trafficking issues.
∎ Follow-up the beneficiaries particularly the enrolled victims of trafficking on regular basis.
∎ Finding out a way out to minimize the incident across intervention area.
∎ Prepare and submit reports on assigned activities to PM and senior management of the organization.
∎ Take initiatives to enhance capacities of the case workers in case identification, community mobilization and case management and outreaching.
∎ Collect and submit case studies, success stories monthly and quarterly basis as well as whenever required.
∎ Any other task/s assigned as emerged and required for the project and Organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience in case management and having a clear concept about human trafficking issues and law.
∎ Capacity in team building and leading.
∎ Liaison with local government and camp administration.
∎ Good understanding of Rohingya camp context.
∎ Has analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Report writing and documentation skills.
∎ Excellent in rapport building and networking.
∎ 60% field work.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill both in English and Bangla.
∎ Proficient in Computer Operations, MS Office Application including typing preferably in English and Bengali both E-mail & Internet.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 64900 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly Salary: Consolidated 64,900/-
