We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional to join our Card Business team as an MIS Assistant Manager/Associate Manager. This role involves preparing and analyzing MIS reports, transaction data, Direct Sales Team performance, MCC analysis, and cashback reports to support business growth and strategic decision-making.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the Card Business team.

• Generate and analyze transaction data, including MCC-wise reports, to identify spending trends and business opportunities.

• Prepare and monitor cashback reports, ensuring accurate calculation, disbursement, and reconciliation.

• Develop performance reports for the Direct Sales Team, covering lead generation, target achievement, and card issuance.

• Track card performance (issuance, activation, usage, and transaction volume) and provide actionable insights to management.

• Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of all MIS reports to relevant stakeholders.

• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Finance teams to automate reporting processes and maintain smooth data management.

• Prepare special reports and presentations on campaign performance, sales activities, cashback, and MCC analysis as required.

• Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
