Experience:

• 5 to 7 years

• Master of Science (MSc)
• BRAC University,Comilla University,Jahangirnagar University,IBA, Rajshahi University,National University students will get preference

Training on Case Management, CGBV, Camp Management, safeguarding etc

Report to: Project Co‑Coordinators

Role Summary: The Camp Conveners lead all project activities within their assigned camp, ensuring survivor safety, ethical practice and effective coordination with camp authorities and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all camp‑level activities;

• Provide operational guidance to Case Workers and Facilitators;

• Maintain relationships with CiC, Site Management, BRAC and other service providers;

• Ensure safe disclosure processes and survivor‑centred case management;

• Oversee referrals, follow‑up, documentation and reporting; and

• Support approximately four Facilitators and oversee cases of up to 40 survivors.

Association for Integrated Development –Comilla (AID-COMILLA) a national level NGO has been implementing a project titled Survivor-Centerd Pathways to Justice and Reparations in the Rohingya Refugee Communities in Cox’s Bazaar, Bangladesh with funding support of Global Survivors Fund-Switzerland and Asia Justice and Rights-Indonesia in Rohingha camp number 13 and 8 east of Coxsbazar..

For the project we are looking for a competent, motivated and experienced Camp Convener who can lead a professional team in camp level. She must be strong in English language both writing and speaking.   Must be Master Degree with excellent result  from public or renowned University of Bangladesh. 

Must have working experience with INGO or National NGO in Rohingha camp in Case Management sector in senior position.
