Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters in any discipline from a reputed university in home/abroad and having no 3rd division/class in academic career.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure communication with potential customers to achieve business target and create opportunities to maximize Bank's earnings.
∎ Ensure existing customers satisfaction and searching new customers over the phone calls and social media.
∎ Provide proper information to the customers with ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs and provide necessary solutions.
∎ Track service level. Call waiting, abandonment and ensure further calls to those customers.
∎ Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit and follow up to ensure proper resolution.
∎ Answering customer queries through various social media platforms.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
∎ Follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
∎ Must be fluent in Bengali & English.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 05 years in any reputed commercial Bank/Telco Company. The candidate should have experience in the area of Bank, Net Banking Financial Institutions, Telecommunication, Call Center, and Contact Center.
