Job Context

 

The call center representative's duties include giving accurate information and assisting students who are interested to study abroad.

 

Job Responsibilities

  •  Candidates must answer incoming and outgoing cell phone calls to our clients who are interested in studying abroad in order to promote our support and services.
  • To effectively understand the needs of the students, listen attentively to what they are saying and answering all questions accordingly.
  • Assess client needs, give correct information to ensure students satisfaction, and then hand over all information to company's councilors or senior councilors so they may open student files and begin the study abroad procedure.
  • Respond to all calls and provide case-by-case solutions that properly satisfy students' requirements for studying abroad according to our guidelines.
