Responsibilities & Context:
- Receive incoming phone calls and provide accurate information about physiotherapy services
- Answer patient inquiries regarding treatment, appointment schedules, and therapy procedures
- Manage appointment booking, rescheduling, and confirmation
- Manage serial/token systems to ensure smooth patient flow
- Coordinate patient sessions with the physiotherapist/doctor
- Ensure a positive, supportive, and comfortable experience for all patients
Duty time: 8am to 3pm/ 2pm to 9pm
