Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university in home/abroad and having no 3rd division/class in academic career.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend inbound customer call and provide solution within the define SLA.
∎ Perform outbound calls as and when required.
∎ Track service level. Call waiting, abandonment and ensure further calls to those customers.
∎ Records customers complain and forward them to respective departments to ensure proper resolution.
∎ Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit and follow up to ensure proper resolution.
∎ Provide product and service information to customers through call center inbound/outbound channel.
∎ Manage and update customer database with the status of each customer.
∎ Keeping record of customer interaction and details of actions taken.
∎ Perform any other additional activities as assigned by the management.
∎ Make report to Supervisor.
∎ Must be fluent in Bengali & English.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 03 years in any reputed commercial Bank/Telco Company. The candidate should have experience in the area of Bank, Non Banking Financial Institutions, Telecommunication, Call Center, and Contact Center.
