Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor Degree from a UGC approved reputed university.
∎ Preferably having a major in Marketing, Business communication, International business or relevant field.
∎ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,American International University Bangladesh,BRAC University,North South University,Independent University, Bangladesh students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Center Management, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Call centre training, Customer Service, QC (Quality Control) of Customer Service, Telesales Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the call center department.
∎ Assign tasks to call center executives, prepare call speech, provide guidance, and answer queries of call center executives.
∎ Monitor calls to ensure quality.
∎ Monitor performance of CCEs and prepare reports on a daily and monthly basis.
∎ Monitor calls of the sales team and prepare reports.
∎ Work on Facebook and SMS replies.
∎ Revert to highly technical or serious questions and complaints.
∎ Provide support with compiling and sorting of data.
∎ Train new recruits and monitor current staff to ensure consistency in performance.
∎ Routinely check on IP phone connections to ensure that these works perfectly.
∎ Assist the Head of Marketing Department with routine and constant work requirements.
∎ Any other needful task assigned by the supervisor/company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience as Call Center Manager or similar role for at least 2 years.
∎ Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
∎ Outstanding Interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary: Tk. 28000 - 33000 (Monthly)
