Siraj Tech is expanding its team and is currently looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Executive to join us.
🕘 Working Hours
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
💰 Salary & Compensations
Basic Salary: 15k
Total Monthly Income: Approximately 20k – 25k (including commission+Overtime)
Fixed commission structure available
Overtime benefits
Accommodation facility provided by the company
📌 Key Responsibilities'
Communicate with customers via chat and phone calls
Receive and process customer orders
Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary support
Follow up on orders and maintain strong customer relationships
🎓 Requirements
Diploma/Bsc in Agriculture (Mandatory)
Strong and clear communication skills
Interest in customer service and ability to handle customers patiently
Basic computer and internet proficiency
Must be able to type in Bangla
