Responsibilities & Context: Customer Interaction
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers.
- Greet customers professionally and handle inquiries with patience.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.
Problem-Solving & Support
- Resolves customer complaints, issues, or concerns efficiently.
- Escalate complex problems to supervisors or relevant departments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
Quality & Compliance
- Follow company scripts, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Team & Performance Contribution
- Work with the team to meet overall service.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
