Responsibilities & Context:

Customer Interaction

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers.
  • Greet customers professionally and handle inquiries with patience.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.

Problem-Solving & Support

  • Resolves customer complaints, issues, or concerns efficiently.
  • Escalate complex problems to supervisors or relevant departments.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.

Quality & Compliance

  • Follow company scripts, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Team & Performance Contribution

  • Work with the team to meet overall service.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
