A leading Telecom Service Provider (BPO) is looking for energetic and dedicated Back Office / Call Center Executives (Outbound) to support telecom services at customer premises and ensure smooth, value-driven customer order management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound customer calls professionally
Coordinate and support physical customer service visits at customer premises
Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
Manage customer orders efficiently and accurately
Ensure timely processing and closure of customer orders
