Responsibilities & Context:
A Telecom Service Provider (BPO) is looking for energetic Call Center Executive (Outbound) to provide telecom financial service & ensure smooth collection from corporate client.
Require to handle different type of corporate client.
Handling outbound calls.
To Visit Corporate client when is required.
Ensure the service quality and corporate client satisfaction aswell monitor and maintain smooth collection.
Maintain relationship with corporate client as per standard manner.
