Responsibilities & Context:

A Telecom Service Provider (BPO) is looking for energetic Call Center Executive (Outbound) to provide telecom financial service & ensure smooth collection from corporate client.

  • Require to handle different type of corporate client.

  • Handling outbound calls.

  • To Visit Corporate client when is required.

  • Ensure the service quality and corporate client satisfaction aswell monitor and maintain smooth collection.

  • Maintain relationship with corporate client as per standard manner.
