Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
∎ Set appointments or close deals with clients.
∎ Identifying customer needs and communicating client’s value proposition.
∎ Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities.
∎ Working with weekly KPIs and targets.
∎ Call leads from a database list and conduct research on potential prospects.
∎ Utilize CRM and data entry systems.
∎ Generate sales appointments and insides sales opportunities through outbound telemarketing campaigns, including manual internet leads.
∎ Manage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management, organization, effective communication and strong listening skills.
∎ Utilize, maintain and continuously improve various sales and communication techniques.
∎ Educate customers in all products, services and packages along with competitor's offerings.
