Responsibilities & Context:

Shajerbazar is looking for a Call Center & Customer Support Representative to handle customer communication and order confirmation. The selected candidate will be responsible for calling customers to confirm orders, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call customers to confirm orders and delivery details

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls

  • Respond to customer queries and complaints professionally

  • Maintain accurate customer and order records

  • Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Bangla (English is a plus)

  • Basic computer and smartphone knowledge

  • Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude

  • Previous call center or customer support experience is an advantage
