Responsibilities & Context:
Cake & Pastry Man – Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of cakes, pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes
Decorate cakes and pastries using icing, cream, fondant, and other toppings
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all items
Measure and mix ingredients accurately
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
Monitor stock levels and inform management about ingredient shortages
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist in developing new recipes and menu items
Handle baking equipment safely and efficiently
Work with the team to meet daily production targets
