Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain and record daily financial transactions (income & expenses)
Verify and process vouchers, bills, and invoices
Handle bank transactions and perform bank reconciliation
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process payroll, VAT, and tax-related activities
Assist in budget preparation and expense control
Maintain proper documentation for audits
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and regulations
Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) to manage financial data
