Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from any reputed university. Certified Diploma course in Tourism and Hospitality Management or certification from culinary school is preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for daily office Cafeteria operation and management
∎ Oversee operations including inventory, meal planning, food preparation schedule and check the quality and quantity of food received
∎ Prepare monthly budget for Cafeteria. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
∎ Maintain records of inventory supplies; supervise storage of food items; prepare weekly order of supplies and produce if needed
∎ Supervise and ensure that cafeteria operations follow all sanitation and health regulations and meals meet nutritional standards
∎ Manage and train Canteen Staff regular basis, plan work schedules, assign food service personnel duties and motivate them to provide excellent customer service.
∎ Inspect & supervise cleaning of facilities and equipment regularly
∎ Perform equipment check, minor upkeep & ensure kitchen equipment in top running condition
∎ Keep detailed administrative records and reports regarding meal plans, costs and handle receipts and cash
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 year (s) considerable experience in the supervision of corporate cafeteria or managerial experience in the foodservice industry
∎ Proficient knowledge of food service management principles and practices
∎ Proven management experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage
∎ Proficient knowledge in MS office
∎ Exceptional customer service skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and multitasking.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills
