Responsibilities & Context:

Job Overview:

The Café Manager will oversee daily operations of Magix Bear Café, ensuring high standards of customer service, product quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. This role involves managing staff, maintaining inventory, controlling costs, and creating a welcoming environment for customers

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

  • Supervise day-to-day café operations.
  • Ensure food & beverage preparation meets quality standards.
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance.
  • Manage opening and closing procedures.

Staff Supervision & Training

  • Recruit, train, and schedule staff.
  • Motivate and lead team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Customer Service

  • Greet and interact with customers professionally.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Inventory & Cost Control

  • Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels for all supplies.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
  • Manage budgets, sales targets, and cost control measures.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Assist in planning and executing promotions.
  • Maintain social media presence and café branding.
  • Work with owners to implement new menu ideas and seasonal offers.
