Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create the pattern as per Buyer Specification and Design requirement
∎ Provide instructions to factories on pattern making/grading, garment construction, sewing operations & find alternatives.
∎ Monitor fit, measurements and workmanship according to the customer requirements, from development to production
∎ Execute Size Grading, Marker and Consumptions
∎ Execute manual patterns.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Can operate Apparel CAD system different software.
∎ Can develop CAD patterns of different Woven, Knit garments.
∎ Must have knowledge on Garment's Machinery (Pattern Cutter, Plotter Machine, Digitizer, Auto Cutter, Spreader)
∎ Ability to amend patterns to a high standard of accuracy.
∎ Experience of producing accurate patterns from technical graphics, specifications and size charts
∎ Can understand buyer's comments and follow implementation,
∎ The applicant should have work experience in Garment Buying House, Garment factory.
