Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field from an accredited academic institution with three years of relevant professional experience; or
∎ School diploma plus five years relevant experience / Certificate in the above field with five years of relevant professional experience.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical assistance to IOM infrastructure construction projects, from the initial planning, design to the implementation and monitoring
∎ Participate in the technical survey and verify in-depth understanding on the characteristic of the project sites
∎ Produce sketch designs, architectural and technical drawing (AutoCAD), and presentation drawings (3D rendering / Adobe CC)
∎ Estimate and prepare the Bill of Quantity (BoQ).
∎ Prepare the lay-outs and demarcate the lay-outs in the sites
∎ Assist Infrastructure Coordinator in the review of the technical drawings and estimations of proposed infrastructure facilities from Program Units
∎ Provide necessary information and documentation for the preparation of bidding documents, project proposals and/or project overview
∎ Conduct site visits for monitoring of infrastructu

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience with International Organizations and/or NGOs an advantage
∎ Experience in camp rehabilitation and site development is an advantage
∎ Experience working within the region an advantage
