Additional Requirements:

Strong knowledge of H&M, POP, Esprit, Mango pattern and grading standards.
Proficiency in CAD systems (Lectra).
Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure on-time delivery of accurate patterns for production.
- Modify patterns as per buyer comments and technical packs.
- Prepare paper and iron patterns for sample development.
- Perform grading as per buyer requirements and size charts.
- Operate CAD software (Lectra) for pattern making, grading, and marker planning.
- Maintain pattern documentation and library.
- Coordinate with Sample, QA, and Production teams to resolve pattern-related issues.
