With a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence, we are seeking a skilled professional to strengthen our Technical & CAD team.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and modify garment patterns using CAD software (Gerber/Lectra/Optitex).
Perform marker making to optimize fabric consumption.
Prepare accurate pattern grading for different size sets.
Perform marker making to ensure optimum fabric utilization.
Analyze buyer tech packs and translate them into workable patterns.
Support sample development (proto, fit, PP samples) and ensure correct fitting.
Attend fit sessions and implement necessary corrections based on buyer comments.
Ensure pattern consistency and technical accuracy for bulk production.
Collaborate with design, merchandising, sample, cutting, and production teams.
Troubleshoot technical and fitting issues during development and production stages.
Maintain proper documentation of patterns, markers, and technical files.
