Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
∎ Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
∎ Work closely with marketing, operations, and product development teams to align strategies and optimize service offerings.
∎ Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
∎ Oversee complex sales negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting client needs.
∎ Generate Daily/ Monthly/ half-yearly/ yearly reports on market progress, credit realization and individual customer performance.
∎ Achieve sales targets through the acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
