Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create and implement effective sales strategies to target corporate clients in various industries.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts to foster loyalty and increase retention.
∎ Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate cable solutions.
∎ Prepare and present compelling proposals that clearly outline the benefits and features of our services.
∎ Work closely with marketing, technical support, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics in CRM systems.
∎ Maintain a high volume of daily outbound corporate sales calls.
∎ To collect orders and payments from corporate clients.
∎ To submit work orders with DO process sheet in the office.
∎ Prepare daily client visit reports.
∎ Engaging with new prospective corporate customers and representing the company.
