Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the HOD in managing the day-to-day operations of the corporate account team, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service delivery.
∎ Foster and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
∎ Support the development and mentorship of the account management team, providing guidance and resources to enhance their performance.
∎ Collaborate with the HOD to execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand the client base.
∎ Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to enhance client satisfaction and achieve targets.
∎ Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment of goals.
∎ Assist in the negotiation and management of client contracts, ensuring compliance and favorable terms for the company.
∎ Prepare regular reports for senior management on account performance, client feedback, and market trends.
∎ Achieve sales targets through the acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
∎ Identify improvements or new requirements by remaining updated on industry trends, competitor activities & offerings.
∎ Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing conditions of the brands under the organization resembling the highest quality and sincerity.
∎ Plan and execute marketing plan and promotional activities for brand awareness building and market development.
∎ Generate daily/ monthly/ half-yearly/ yearly reports on market progress, credit realization and individual customer performance analysis sales and collection.
∎ Consistently achieving quarterly and annual KPIs.
