Responsibilities & Context:
Purchase Order (PO) Management: Creates and processes POs while ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantity, and delivery timelines.
Vendor Coordination: Follows up on shipment status and resolves disputes regarding invoices or product quality.
Product Availability Tracking: Monitors inbound deliveries to the DC and coordinates with Zonal Managers for urgent requirements.
Inventory Health Monitoring: Reviews stock aging and supports liquidation plans for low-moving SKUs.
Reporting & Data Management: Updates daily PO trackers and prepares stock availability reports for Supply Chain leads.
