∎ Sufficient knowledge to operate Microsoft Office Applications.

∎ Capable to work as a team player.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Motivate cardholders for increasing the card utilization.
∎ Communicate with the inactive cardholders and follow up them accordingly for card activation.
∎ Efficient handle cards closing request for effective attrition management.
∎ Encourage cardholders to do cashless transaction through “Bangla QR”, POS, e-commerce etc.
∎ Assist C/H once they apply for credit limit enhancement and meet their day to day queries as necessary follow up with contact center, branch & CRM.
∎ Update the cardholders along with branch officials regarding exiting and new Product features, Value proposition, campaign etc.
∎ Create Report of card Activation.Doing assigned Works provided by the manager & the upper Authorities.
