Responsibilities & Context:
- Identifying new and impactful business opportunities, and partnerships, and creating and expanding new markets for the organization.
- Strategy Development: Creating and implementing strategies to drive business growth and foster innovation.
- Market Research: Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Project Management: Leading projects that introduce new products, services, or processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Building relationships with partners, clients, and other stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Innovation: Encouraging and managing innovation within the company, including exploring new technologies and business models.
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking the performance of new initiatives and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Assist the Senior Management Team and business units in identifying business opportunities by researching, analyzing, and scoping both existing and new business ideas
- Prepare business plans and proposals to present to philanthropic and government institutions
- Develop a framework around the existing consulting arm of the organization and determine new opportunities to monetize consulting services
- Support the Senior Manager to execute and track the business growth strategy
