Job Context:
∎ Sheva Nari O Shishu Kallyan Kendra is a national NGO which works for the empowerment of women and other marginalized groups in Bangladesh. Sheva is implementing the Sustainable Enterprise Project (SEP) in partnership with Palli Karma Shahayak Foundation PKSF, funded by World Bank.
∎ Sheva Nari O Shishu Kallyan Kendra invites application for the posts mentioned bellow:
∎ Job Duration :1st July, 2021 to 30th June, 2023
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop business and marketing plan
∎ Assist in company's branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, marketing collaterals, and web site.
∎ Analyze the budgets, expenses, sales, revenues and product deficiencies in order to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution.
∎ Research the market for identifying business opportunities.
∎ Respond to the client queries regarding the products.
∎ Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
∎ Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends.
∎ Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
∎ Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.
∎ Export/ organize fares, roodshows, exchange visits etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Have experience in market promotion of heritage products.
∎ Understanding customer's needs through market visits and relationship building.
∎ Background of working in exporting Bangladeshi products into the global markets.
Salary: Negotiable
