We Require

• Proven track record of managing P&L, leading cross-functional teams, and achieving business growth.

• Strong knowledge of commodity product markets, consumer dynamics, and distribution models in Bangladesh.

• Minimum 15-20 years of progressive experience of Packaged Commodity Business in large scale with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and execute winning business strategies to achieve market leadership, volume expansion, and sustainable profitability.
• Build powerful brands, craft innovative go-to-market strategies, and strengthen customer & trade partnerships for consistent business growth.
• Take full accountability for revenue, margins, pricing, and cost controls to maximize profitability and shareholder value.
• Ensure flawless product availability, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance through world-class supply chain and process excellence.
